My Account is your Beast Nutrition account where you can save details like name, address, mobile number. It helps in placing orders and saves time for checkout.
Q2. Can I shop from Beast Nutrition without “My Account”?
Yes, You can order as a Guest User but it is advised to register in “My Account” as it helps in timely checkout and easy tracking of your order.
Q3. What is a Wishlist?
Users can easily save the products they want to purchase in Wishlist and place orders later. Also, Keep checking the Wishlist as many products may go “out of stock” as well.
Q4. How can I signup in Beast Nutrition?
To signup just click on the Login/signup icon available on the website and simply provide all your details asked such as Name, contact, address and choose a password to protect it then simply read and agree to all the terms and conditions and press continue .You will be directed to your account where you can modify changes or place your order
Q5. Are there any charges of Registration?
No, You can easily register for free on Beast Nutrition website.
Q6. What is the “Refer and Earn” Scheme?
Refer and Earn is a scheme you can use after purchasing from Beast Nutrition website. You can earn some discount for your next purchase simply by refering us to your friends and family.
Q7. How can I use Referral code/Coupon code?
Referral or Coupon code can be used at your purchase from our website after placing your order there is an option to add coupon code while checking out.

Q1. How to place an order?
Users can simply order any product from our website Beastnutrition.store or can visit our store.
Q2. How do I know my order has been confirmed?
Once any order is placed, the user will receive a welcome mail along with order confirmation and details on their registered email address and mobile number.
Q3. How are items packaged?
Products sold by sellers are shipped in Beast Nutrition packages with water proof plastic wrap. We are aware that sellers are rated on packaging quality and hence we take extra care for packaging fragile items like biscuits
Q4. Can I order a product that is “SOLD OUT”?
Orders which are not available come under the category of Sold Out. But you can order again by turning the notification on for its availibility. You just have to select the option “Notify Me”.
SHIPMENT & PAYMENT
Q1. How to check status of Order?
User will receive an order confirmation message on his registered mobile number and email address after placing their order. They will be notified again on their mail and mobile number once the order is shipped with tracking details. They can use the tracking number after 24 hours of shipment.
Q2. How to pay for Beast Nutrition purchase?
Payment can be done via any two methods i.e prepaid or postpaid.
Prepaid Method – payment done while placing order by using credit/debit card. For prepaid methods one can pay by using either credit/debit card or through wallets.
Postpaid Method – Postpaid or COD(cash on delivery) to be done at the time of delivery with hard cash.
Please note – COD may not be available on some orders or locations.
Q3. Why is it showing “Seller cannot deliver in your Area?
Although we deliver in almost all of Pan India but there are some locations where we are not able to provide services due to lack of reliable courier partners or some legal restrictions in that particular area or location.
Q4. Are there any hidden charges?
No, there are no extra or hidden charges apart from those mentioned in the invoice.
Q5. How much are shipping charges?
Shipping charges completely depends on service availability in that area/pin code.
Q6. Do we need to pay extra on cash on delivery?
Pay only the amount written on the invoice and it is not required to pay extra for the courier boy. Please pay the amount printed on invoice and not what’s written manually.
Q7. How much is shipment processing time?
Generally all orders placed are processed within 3-5 working days unless we are experiencing a high volume of orders. We may contact you if any significant delay in order will occur.
Q8. Does Beast Nutrition deliver outside India?
No, Currently we are delivering only in India. We may contact you if any significant delay in order will occur.
Q9. What happens when the amount gets debited from credit/debit card and order was not successful?
If the amount gets debited from your credit/debit card while placing your order and you don’t get a confirmation mail or order was not successful then the same amount will be credited back in your account, may take a couple of hours to 5 working days.
Please check with your bank incase amount is not credited back even after 5 working days.
Q1. How to check if the product is Genuine and of Good Quality?
The product should be a sealed pack and there will be an importer sticker with MRP and should display the import date, FSSAI of the importer. Users can confirm batch number from the brand or importer. They can use the tracking number after 24 hours of shipment.
Q2. What are the things we should check before opening the product?
You should check MRP Sticker, Hologram, Batch Number, Importer’s Sticker, Expiry Date, Packaging and Nutritional Facts before opening the product.
Please Note: Raise your concern within 7 business days from the product receiving date. If the product is found open before checking all these factors, then the product will not be accepted for return.
RETURN & REFUND
Q1. What should I do if I receive a damage courier package?
If you found the carton box damaged/tampered, please reject it at delivery and notify us on chat/email and we will take further action.u003cbru003eFor all claims related to receiving a damaged product, we advise you to share a video evidence of unboxing and the issue.
Please note -We will not be able to entertain claims of a damaged product without a video proof at the time of unboxing.
Q2. What is the general return policy of Beast Nutrition?
7 Days Return policy. Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:
1. If request is initiated after 7 business days of order delivery
2. Product is used or altered
3. Product is damaged due to misuse/overuse by the customer
4. Returned attempted without original packaging including, price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and other accessories or if original packaging is damaged
5. Serial Number is tampered
6. Defective products that are covered under Seller/Manufacturer’s warranty
Q3. How long does it take to process the Refund?
We issue refunds within 3-5 days on our end. Your bank can take up to 7 days to process it.
