Same As The Name….Insane and you will go psycho….would not recommend to take more than 1/2 to 1scoop (advanced lifter)…if taken more than that it would upset your stomach, insomnia issues ( if you workout in evenings). But a great product lost about 4-5kgs of fat and 6-7kgs in weight. High in caffeine and gives insane tingling
