Directions To Use

Mix 1 level scoops (approx. 35g) of Bigmuscles Nutrition ZERO RIPPED With 150 ML of water. For extra calories, add ZERO RIPPED with milk. Stir and/or shake until the powder is dispersed and drink immediately. (Tastes best with chilled water and Milk).
