GNC Amp Gold BCAA Advanced Series contains 6g of Instantized BCAA in optimal 2:1:1 ratio- 3.5g Leucine, 1.75g Iso-Leucine & 1.75g Valine.
GNC AMP Gold Series BCAA Advanced also contains 1g of L-citrulline (precursor of arginine) for better muscle strength & 1g of L-glutamine to improve recovery and immunity. It’s a versatile sports drink for both pre-and post-workout.
The three amino acids function alone or as a group to trigger protein production for muscle growth and repair along with three important nutrients:
- Leucine stimulates muscle growth and strength. It regulates blood sugar before and after exercise.
- Valine prevents muscle breakdown during exercise and supports muscle metabolism and growth.
- Isoleucine helps with energy production and increases nitrogen growth in muscle cells.
- L-Citrulline can be recycled to arginine in the citrulline-NO cycle, in turn contributing to nitric oxide production.
- Glutamine plays an important role in muscle function during and after exercise.
- Vitamin B6 is the water-soluble vitamin gets lost in sweat during strenuous exercise and training.

Direction of Use

The product arrived on time and the product is undoubtedly original as I verified its authenticity on GNC official website. I purchased tangy orange flavour which tastes good but the powder has an odd smell which for me is kind of a no big deal.
Also this BCAA contains an higher amount of amino acids per serving as compared to BCAA’s of other brands. I could instatly feel rise in endurance and strength while working out.

Kiwi strawberry is on the sweet side even when I add 1 scoop to 600ml!!!!!!
Go for orange flavor.
Oenmai –
I’d like to start by saying that this supplement works as expected. I take it after my workout and what i notice is that i sleep well which in turn helps with the recovery. I notice the real difference after taking cheaper BCAA’s where i found that the quality and effectiveness of GNC to be far superior. The only downside is that they claim that this product is imported which is not true as it is an international brand but manufactured in India. So, this is a little misleading. Otherwise it is a good supplement.
