MIXING DIRECTIONS AND USAGE

Muscle Trail 100% natural whey protein Pro Series is easy to mix and fast to dissolve. So in case you do not have a shaker in hand, simply mix one serving of Whey in a glass filled with 6 to 8 oZ of cold water. Stir the mixture continuously for 20 to 30 seconds till it dissolves completely. Instead of water, you can even choose your desired beverage.

For varied flavours and tastes, you can also add flavoured milk, non-fat milk or any or your favourite beverages.

Shaker:
