   Product is too much potent, that u can feel the impact in 15 minutes easily. Moves your workout strength on whole new level, but it is seriously for advance level bodybuilding not for novice/ begineers. Just too good , best preworkout so far which is at par with leading international brands. Just go for it??, it is having all necessary elements needed for preworkout in exact quantities. This is my second purchase

   You know that moment when you discover a product that works exactly as expected. This is that product. I love the blue flavour. It’s not strong sweet. But I feel my friends who like the strawberry ones doesn’t like the blue ones. Vide versa. I think it’s best to try out samples first. No it didn’t give me huge muscles. But I feel heat in my body and energy. This lift me up. I can do things like painting a wall effortless. Also but strange it helped me quit cigarettes. Cigs taste like paper now. Not a medical adviser but just a honest opinion.

   First of all, this was my first time using a pre workout supplement. I follow a really intense 6 days a week PPL lifting program along with trying to build up as much strength as possible on Squats, Deadlifts and Bench. So by mid workout I’d be normally out of energy and fatigued. But since I’ve been using this product, that isn’t the case anymore.

   Pros:
   1)Good Matchup of ingredients.
   2)The tingling sensation is very noticeable.
   3)Will last you 2 hours easily depending on the workout intensity.
   4)Good Flavour and taste.
   5)Gives you the mindset to focus on your lifts and the explosive energy needed from a pre.

   Cons:
   1)Not everyone might like the tingling sensation from the Beta Alanine.
   2)Not recommend if your workouts aren’t that intense.
   3)Be careful with the dose. 300mg of caffeine isn’t less, so take half scoop for the first time to check for any reactions.

   Conclusion: A must try product for anyone who wants to get serious into lifting. You’ll get great pumps and good focus on your lifts.

   Pro Tip: don’t consume when you’re full. Try to take this at least 3hr after the last meal. You’ll get better results.

   Initially ordered their F9 product which was pretty good in its own regard but me being an experienced lifter having tried out a few potent pw didn’t really hit home.Then the company brought out Extreme and boy am I impressed !There’s an initial hit of tingles that takes place after the Pre-workout hits your system and a little more intense if taken on an empty stomach, so it’s something you can’t get used to, have a pre workout snack before downing this. This also helps it last a little longer in the gym.The focus stays through an entire workout and helps you get the work done.I’ve tried the all the flavour and the grape is by far the best.Cons : no complaints with the product but the delivery is a little longer than I’d like. So you need to plan and can’t really wait until the end.P.S : They also give these trial sachets of various products the company has and that has been really great in testing out and deciding which one to buy next ! The only other place I’ve seen this happen is in Bodybuilding dot com so that’s pretty sweet !

   1, vert effective for beginners & weight lifters
   2, Flavour is good ( I purchased blue razz)
   3, It’s economic
   4, No side effects ( consume per tolerate level)
   5, Power and Pump is good ( concertante on muscle rather lifting heavy )

   Must read before using for first time:-

   Beta Alanine-Most of people have complained about redness and allergic reaction,from tingling to burning sensation in ears, arms,back, its all normal nothing to worry,it happens bcoz they don’t know how to use this product,your body need to adapt to beta alanine if you are taking on first day always start with half or quarter of scoop and slowly increase as per tolerance of your body,dont just drink full scoop on day 1 otherwise you will all the symptoms mentioned above
   Beta alanine does cause parasthesia and its not a allergic reaction,nothing to worry it will wear off in 30-40 mins

   Kick in duration- in 15-20 mins you will start feeling tingling sensation in ears

   Flavour- blue razz is really smooth i have tried other brands with other flavors which are really hard to drink this one blue razz is so smooth and refreshing

   Caffeine- caffeine amout is appropriate,200mg is more than enough,even though everyone must not take caffeine on daily basis,bcoz it will create tolerance and day by day you won’t feel such energy with same amount

   Bonus – they also send 2 sachets of bcaa and that also taste great,will try after finishing this product
