10-Minute Spicy Bhindi Masala Dry: An Easy and Flavorful Okra DelightIn this dish, the okra is cut lengthwise and cooked with a blend of spices such as jeera (cumin seeds), haldi( turmeric powder), red chili powder, coriander powder, and garam masala. The spices add a rich flavor to the okra, making it a tasty and fulfilling dish.

To make Bhindi Masala Dry non-sticky, you can follow these steps:

  1. Choose Fresh Okra : Select fresh Bhindi that is firm and tender. Avoid using that is overripe or too mature, as it tends to be more sticky.
  2. Dry Okra Thoroughly: After washing the okra, make sure to dry it completely using a clean kitchen towel or paper towels. Moisture on the okra can contribute to stickiness, so drying it well is essential.
  3. Heat Oil Properly: Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat until it is hot. A well-heated pan helps in quickly sealing the outer surface of the okra, minimizing the release of slime.
  4. Acidic Ingredients: Adding ingredients like lemon juice, vinegar, or tomatoes can also help reduce the stickiness of okra. Consider adding them into the dish you are preparing.
