  • 2 tomatoes, finely chopped
  • 1 green chili, finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh coriander leaves for garnish

Instructions:

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
Add chopped tomatoes and green chili to the pan. Cook until the tomatoes become soft and mushy.
Reduce the heat to low and add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and garam masala. Mix well.
Add scrambled paneer to the pan and mix gently to combine with the spices. Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Season with salt according to your taste. Mix well and cook for another 2 minutes.
Remove from heat and garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
Serve hot with roti, paratha, or rice.

2 tablespoons cream

Add chopped tomatoes, green chili, and ginger paste. Mix well.
Cook the tomatoes until they become soft and mushy.
Reduce the heat to low and add red chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, and kasuri methi. Mix well.
Add cubed paneer and mix gently to combine with the spices. Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Season with salt according to your taste. Mix well and cook for another 2 minutes.
Add cream and mix gently.
Remove from heat and garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
