Directions To Use

Add 1 Teaspoon (5g) of QNT L-Glutamine 5000 powder to a glass filled with 250-350 ml of cold water, fruit juice, or protein shake. Then mix it up with a spoon. It can also be taken with QNT Metapure Zero Carb / Delicious Whey Protein.
